Summer Steaks

Ingredients
1 pound top loin steak (thin sliced)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Italian dressing with aged Romano
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tablespoon rosemary
large zip-top bag
Directions
1. Preheat grill.
2. Tenderize each steak by pounding with smooth side of meat mallet or rolling
pin for 15-20 seconds, or until steaks are flattened. Salt and pepper each
side of steak and cut into 4 portions. Wash hands, cutting board and knife
with warm soapy water.
3. Place Worcestershire sauce, dressing, liquid smoke and rosemary in zip-top
bag. Shake to mix. Using tongs, place steaks in bag; seal tightly and knead
to coat. Marinate 10 minutes.
4. Using tongs, place steaks on grill. Discard leftover marinade. Grill 3-4
minutes, or until desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling process.
Grilling times will vary depending on the thickness of the steaks. Serve.
