Sun Dried Tomato Hummus
Serving Size
Makes about 6 cups
Ingredients
2 lemons
2 (1 lb.) cans of garbanzo beans
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons tahina
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 ounces of water (preferably from the can)
7-8 big sun dried tomato leaves (with oil from can)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (preferably in a food processor). It would be
best to chop the garlic and sun dried tomato's by hand first to get the juices
flowing. Serve with toasted pita bread.
